GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND TOURISM BOARD ANNOUNCES RE-LAUNCH

OF GO GRAND BAHAMA VACATIONS

GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND - April 10, 2005 - With the re-launch of Go Grand Bahama Vacations , formerly Grand Bahama Vacations, in April 2005, travelers will find it increasingly easy to enjoy a vacation on sunny Grand Bahama Island. Go Grand Bahama Vacations was recently purchased and re-structured by the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board and is dedicated to offering the widest range of Grand Bahama Island Tourism products.

This requires a level of service that is second to none, along with offering the widest array of products," said David Johnson, President of the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board.

Several representatives from the Grand Bahama Island, and the Bahamas Tourist Offices traveled to Baltimore and Atlanta for the product launches last week.   The Baltimore launch was attended one hundred and forty persons, including the Bahamas' Ambassador to the United States, His Excellency Joshua Sears and Mrs. Sears.    One hundred and thirty travel agents turned out in Atlanta.   Additional launches will be held in Charlotte, and Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday and Thursday, April 12 th and 14 th , 2005

As part of the re-launch, Go Grand Bahama Vacations now offers more departure-city options and package deals on more airlines than ever before.
